2 cups coarsely chopped onions
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup minced parsley
1/4 cup oil
2 garlic cloves
5 cups beef broth
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
2 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
1 cup sliced carrots
2 tsp basil or Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp back pepper
1 1/2 lbs browned ground beef (drained)
1 1/2 cups sliced zucchini
1 can green beans
1 can (16 oz) light kidney beans
1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans
1 cup uncooked ditalini or 4 oz spaghetti noodles
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large soup pot add the first 15 ingredients. Simmer on medium heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Then add all other ingredients except for parmesan cheese. Continue simmering for 30 minutes. Before serving at the parmesan cheese.
