Blueberry Coffee Cake Recipe

1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups fresh blueberries (washed and dusted with flour)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter, vanilla, and sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs (one at a time), beating well after each egg. Stir in sour cream. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir flour mixture into the rest of batter. Fold in blueberries. Spread half of batter in a greased 9x13 inch pan. In a bowl mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter in pan. Spread remaining batter over top. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in pan. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and cut into squares.
