1 lb. ground beef
salt & pepper
minced onion
onion powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 - 16 oz. jars salsa
15 oz. can refried beans
1 C. sour cream
2 C. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown beef with salt & pepper, minced onion, and onion powder.
2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Heat until heated thoroughly, about 2 hours.
3. Serve with chips.
