8 slices white bread, cubed
⅔ lb. sliced cheese
8 eggs, beaten
4 C. milk
tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
tsp. onion powder
dash of pepper
8 slices bacon, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place bread cubes in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Layer with sliced cheese.
2. Mix together eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard, onion powder, and pepper. Pour over bread and cheese.
3. Refrigerate overnight, covered.
4. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Cover top with bacon crumbles and return to oven for another 30 minutes.
