4 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 1/2 cups peeled and chopped tomatoes
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried ground chili peppers
1 tsp paprika
1 1/2 cups ground peanuts
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup whipping cream
6 pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet, sauté onion and peppers for 5 minutes
Add tomatoes, salt, chili peppers, paprika
Cover over low heat for 5 minutes
Mix in peanuts and broth
Cook for 30 minutes
Stir in cream and taste for seasoning
Broil chops to desired doneness
Transfer to a heated platter and poor sauce over top of chops
