5 slices bacon crisp and crumbled
1 T butter
2 small shallots minced
2# Brussel sprouts halved
Kosher salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 C heavy cream
1/2 C shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 C shredded Greyere

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375║. Cook in heavy oven proof pan bacon and drain. Melt butter in bacon grease. SautÚ shallots and sprouts. Add salt s as nd cayenne. Cook stirring for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Drizzle with cream. Top with cheese and bacon. Bake until bubbly about 12-15 minutes.

This is delicious. The cream takes out the bitterness sprouts can have.
