1-2 lbs. zucchini
1-2 slightly beaten eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
Croutons

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice zucchini. Cook until tender. Drain and mash in casserole. Add eggs. Stir to combine and then add cream cheese.
2. Cook at 325 until it bubbles. Stir once before serving.
3. Put croutons on just before serving.
