1 box orange jell-o, 1 box instant pudding vanilla (I use sugar free cheesecake if available), 1 cup boiling water, 1/2 cup cold water, 1 8oz cool whip, 1 can mandarin oranges 14-15 oz drained, 1 cup mini marshmallows.

Directions:

In a large bowl combine jello wand boiling water. Whisk until jello is dissolved. Add cold water stir well. Chill in fridge 15 minutes. Slowly whisk in pudding until smooth then chill another 15-20 minutes. Fold in cool whip, oranges and marshmallows. Serve immediately or after chilled further.

James and Luke love this and fight Pop Pop for it. Can change fruit and jello to make any flavor; strawberry, pineapple etc.
