1 Turkey (Preferably Large)

1-2 lbs Bread of your choice
7 Eggs
2 Onions (Chopped & Sauteed )
1lb Breakfast Sausage
Salt - Pepper to taste
Pinch of Thyme

Add water just until moist (Better too wet than dry ;) )

1. Cut bread, and mix all ingredients together. Stuff into turkey.

2. With left over stuffing place in baking pan and cover with aluminum foil and place in a bigger baking pan and fill second pan ½ way with water. Bake in oven when the turkey has 30-45 minutes left. Enjoy!!
