2 cups flour (I use 3 cups)
1 tsp salt
4 eggs to equal one cup
2 Tbsp wesson oil
3-4 Tbsp of water

5-8 potatoes
1 large onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs and oil, Stir in flour, salt and water. Mix well and set in bowl with a towel covering.

Peel potatoes and cook 15 minutes. saute onions in oil lightly. Mash potatoes and add onions mix well. cool Roll out dough on lightly floured surface and cut in circles with a water glass. Fill dough with potato mixture and fold in half and squeeze dough together.

Drop in boiling water and cook in medium boil for 20 minutes or until they float.
