8 lbs. rhubarb, diced
5-8 C. sugar
water
1 pint frozen orange juice
1 quart ginger ale or 7Up

Directions:
Directions:
1. Simmer rhubarb until tender. Add sugar to sweeten - about 8 cups (I use 5, but taste).
2. Strain and measure the juice. Add enough water to make 1 gallon. Chill thoroughly.
3. When ready to serve, add orange juice and ginger ale.
