1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup water
¼ tsp. salt
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs.
Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine.
Add the salt and butter, and beat until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled (or buttered) frying pan over medium-high heat.
Pour batter onto pan (approximately ¼ cup for each crepe.)
Tilt the pan in a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
Cook until the bottom is a light brown.
Loosen crepe with a spatula.
Flip and cook the other side until light brown.
Chill for desert crepes or serve hot for breakfast crepes.

I normally make a berry or chocolate sauce, and fill the crepes with fruit and ice cream and drizzle the sauce inside and over the crepe as well. Another option is to fill these with egg, tomato, and spinach, and top with hollandaise sauce.
