Vanilla Pudding MIx

Whipped Topping Mix

4 cups of milk

1 cup of peanut butter, creamy style, no salt added

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 3/4 cup of dry vanilla pudding mix with 3/4 cup of dry whipped topping mix.

Place dry ingredients into the mixer bowl

Stir the dry ingredients together until well mixed.

Add the milk to the dry ingredients and whisk together briefly until all dry ingredients are wet

Using the whip attachment, turn on mixer to low speed for 1 minute

Stop the mixer and add the peanut butter

Continue mixing on low speed for another minute

Turn up speed to high and whip for 5 minutes

Divide pie between 2 pie shells and chill until ready to serve.
