1 cup fresh cranberries
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup cranberry juice

1 baguette, sliced and toasted
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced

1 cup Quark or goat cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place cranberries, honey and juice in a pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until thickened.

Place butter and garlic in a saucepan placed over medium low heat. When melted and fragrant, remove from heat.

Brush baguette slices with garlic butter.

Add 2/3 tablespoon cheese on each baguette slice and top with 1 tablespoon of the cranberry sauce.
