1 Beef Soup Bone
1/2 lb. Stew Beef
1 Quart Water
2 Bay Leaves
1 Tablespoon Sugar
2 Large Onions, Sliced
4 Carrots thinly sliced
6 Stalks Celery, Sliced
3 Cups Okra, Cut
3 Cups Fresh Corn
3 (12 ounce) Cans Tomato Juice
2 (16 ounce) Cans tomatoes OR 3 pounds fresh tomatoes
Salt to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put soup bone, stew beef, water, bay leaves and sugar in soup kettle. Bring to a boil and allow to simer for 3 hours. Remove bone and cut off meat. Return meat to kettle. Skim off fat. Add all other vegetables. Salt to taste. Simmer until vegetables are done.
