1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Stick Real Butter
1 Cup Flour
1` Cup Cool Whip
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Small Instant Pudding
3 Cups Milk
1-2 Cups Cool Whip and Crushed Walnuts

Layer 1
Mix flour, butter and walnuts and mash with fork into the bottom of a baking pan and bake at 375 for 15 minutes - take out and let cool.
Layer 2
Mix one cup of cool whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar with mixer and put on crust.
Layer 3
Mix Pudding with Milk with mixer until desired cosistancy and add to layer 2.
Layer 4
Remaining Cool Whip and Walnut MIxture.
