1 Loin of pork (cut into chunks)
* you can also you Pork Chops*
1 can sauerkraut
Ground pepper to taste
1 union (cut)
½ lb bacon (cooked and chopped into small pieces)
Pinch Caraway seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add sauerkraut to one large pot turn on low heat.

2.In a medium sauce pan cook bacon. Break up into small pieces and add to Sauerkraut.

3. Brown the onions in the bacon fat. Spoon cooked unions out of bacon fat and out into sauerkraut.

4. In the saucepan now quickly brown your meat in the bacon fat. Add to sauerkraut. Sprinkle caraway seeds and ground pepper.

5. In the saucepan with the remaining bacon fat add some water, stir and pour into sauerkraut for additional flavor.

6. Cook on low for 45 -1-hour and check meat to make sure it’s cooked through.

7. Mix some flour and water and add to sauerkraut mixture to thicken as desired.
