1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
2 tsp fresh chives, chopped (or 1 tsp dried chives)
2 tsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
1 small jalapeņo, seeded and chopped
Juice from 1 small lime
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor or blender, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pulse until smooth.
Add parsley, basil, cilantro, chives, dill, avocado, jalapeņo, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Pulse until all ingredients are well combined and the dressing is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Transfer the dressing to a sealed container and refrigerate. It will keep well for about 5 days.
Enjoy on your tacos or use as a salad dressing!
