4 c fresh peaches or 3 c packed in juice

1 c flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 juice from peaches

1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in bottom of baking pan. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and liquid in a separate bowl. Pour over butter. Spoon peaches on the batter and bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
