Use ½ recipe of Basic Roll Dough (See in Misc.)
¼ cup sugar
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp Cinnamon
¼ cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
On lightly floured surface, roll your ½ recipe of Basic Roll Dough, into a 16x8 rectangle. Combine sugar, butter & cinnamon, and spread over dough. Sprinkle with raisins. Roll lengthwise as a jelly roll. Seal edge, cut in 1 inch slices (using thread). Place cut side down on to a greased 9x13 pan.

Cover and let rise til doubled (30-40 minutes).

Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.

Remove from pan, frost with white powdered sugar icing.

Makes 16 4x4 rolls.
