Base:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 Tbsp cocoa
2 cups graham crumbs
1 cup coconut

Middle:
1/4 cup butter, softened
3 Tbsp milk
2 cups icing sugar
2 Tbsp custard powder

Top:
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp butter

Directions:

Base:
Mix together butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and cocoa over low heat and cook 1-3 minutes until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add in the graham crumbs and coconut until coated.
Press into 9 x 13 pan (or smaller if you want a thicker base) and chill.

Middle Layer:
Beat together the butter, milk, icing sugar and custard powder.
Spread over base.

Top Layer:
Melt chocolate chips and butter together on low power until melted. Spread over custard layer.
