10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and well drained)
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In a large bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, 2 T Parmesan cheese, and eggs. Mix well. In and 13" X 9" baking dish, spread 1 cup red sauce on the bottom. Put a layer of 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce. Spread ½ of the cheese mixture on top of the noodles. Pour one cup of the red sauce on top of the cheese mixture and then sprinkle half of the cooked sausage on top of the red sauce. Repeat the layers, ending with 4 lasagna noodles on top. Spread the Alfredo sauce on top of that last layer of noodles and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes before serving.
