1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
½ stick butter, melted
1 can creamed corn
1 can kernel corn, drained
1 egg, slightly beaten
8 oz. sour cream

Preheat oven to 350º.

Mis all ingredients and pour into greased casserole or 8" X 8" dish. Bake for 50 minutes or until set.
