3 lbs. wings or drumettes

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

garlic powder, to taste


3 tsp ketchup

cup soya sauce

1 cup honey

In large roaster, spread in a single layer.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper then generously with garlic powder.

Bake 350F for 45 minutes.

While wings are cooking, combine ketchup, soya sauce and honey until mixed. (may need to melt honey in microwave prior to mixing)

When wings are finished cooking, pour sauce over until thoroughly coated in honey mixture.

Bake an additional 15 minutes.

Good served over rice.
