1 pound roll of spicy sausage
1 16 oz. package of Velveeta-type cheese cut into cubes
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained (10 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble and cook sausage in large saucepan over medium heat until browned. Drain on paper towels then return sausage to saucepan. Add cut cheese cubes to sausage. Cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Stir in tomatoes.

Serve warm with tortilla chips.

You can also do this dip in the microwave. Heat in 1 - 2 minute segments to keep the cheese from burning.
