1 1/4 cups butter
1 cup icing sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups ocean spray dried craisins
1/4 cup white sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
Using electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy
Mix in flour, a bit at a time, until combined
Stir in Craisins
Roll dough into 1” balls and place on greased cookie sheet
Lightly flour bottom of a drinking glass, then dip in white sugar. Flatten balls,cut with cup or cookie cutters.
Bake for 12-14 minutes. Cool and serve.
