5 pounds peeled potatoes, cut in half
Salt to taste
White pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 pound (8 ounces) sour cream
1/2 package (4 ounces) cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in a large pot of water till a fork goes in easily. Salt to taste.
Drain.
Mash potatoes. Add sour cream by the spoonful and mix together. Add more salt, white pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Add cream cheese and mix together.
Squeeze potatoes mixture thru potato ricer to get lumps out.
