Ingredients:  
1 c. baby carrots
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. orange juice
1 tsp. sugar
tsp. ground mustard
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until tender. In small pan, melt butter. Add juice, sugar, mustard and pepper. Cook and stir until thick. Drain carrots and drizzle with mixture.
