Chicken or turkey parts- neck and back

Rivels
3/4 c flour
1 egg

Directions:

Broth
Simmer Chicken parts in water to cover for 1 hour. Strain; discard chicken parts. Add instant bullion or cubes to bring up flavor if needed.

Rivels
Mix flour and egg until lumps are the size of small peas. Drop rivels into simmering broth for about 5 minutes. cut largest lump to test if done.
