1 lb. Camellia Brand Red or White Navy Beans
1 lb. Smoked Neck Bones
1 lb. Manda's Smoked Sausage (Regular or Hot)
2 tbsp. Granulated Garlic Powder
2 tbsp. Granulated Onion Powder
2 tbsp. Accent Flavor Enhancer
2 tbsp. Tony's Chachere's
2 tbsp. Morton's Season All
C. of Fresh or Frozen Seasoning (Garlic, Onion, Bell Pepper and Celery Mix)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash beans thouroughly and remove any defective ones
Wash Smoked Neck Bones
Add washed beans and Smoked Neck Bones to a large pot and cover with water
Add garlic powder, Accent, Tony's, Mortons and fresh seasonings to pot
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Cook 2 hours.

There was always a completion for whose beans were the best. Lehmire Wilson, did an excellent job but sometimes you needed a gallon of water to go with the beans because they were so spicy.
