Beef neck bones
Tomato sauce- 8 oz
Pearl Barley- 1/4 cup
Celery (chopped)- 1/2 cup
Onion- 1/2 cup
Carrots (chopped)- 1 cup
Seasoning salt- 1.5 tsp
V-8 juice- 12 oz

Directions:
Directions:
Cook neck bones. Add 1.5 quarts water and tomatoes. Add barley and simmer 30 minutes. Add vegetables and seasoning salt. Continue to simmer for an hour.

Note- Add brown seasoned meatballs if desired
