3 cups rhubarb (diced)
1 cup sugar
1 (3 oz) strawberry jello
1 (3 oz) instant vanilla pudding
1 3/4 cup milk
1 (8 oz) cool whip.

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, add the rhubarb and sugar; then let stand for 1 hour. Then cook on low heat until tender but not mushy. Remove from the heat; then add jello. Chill until thickened. In a separate box mix vanilla pudding, milk and cool whip. in a 9 inch graham cracker, swirl the two mixture together. Chill until firm.
