4 eggs
1/2 cup butter
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder

Chocolate Candy Icing:
10 tbsp butter
1 1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat milk, sugar and butter together in a saucepan until the butter melts. Let cool until lukewarm. Beat eggs together with flour and baking powder. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Add to heated mixture. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch cake pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Once cooled, cover with icing.

Chocolate Candy Icing:
In a saucepan, over low heat, melt butter. Stir in cocoa powder. Mixture will resemble a thick paste. Transfer chocolate mixture to a large mixing bowl. With mixture on low speed, add in powdered sugar and milk, alternating the two. Reserve a few tbsp of milk. If frosting is too thick, add in the remaining milk. Add vanilla and turn mixer to medium high speed and beat about 5 minutes (until mixture is smooth and creamy. Frost the cake once it cools.
