1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp butter (melted)
2 cups bisquick
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a square 8x8 inch pan. Stir together coconut, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tbsp melted butter. Then set aside. Mix bisquick, 1/4 cup sugar, remaining melted butter, eggs and milk. Beat vigorously 1 minute by hand. Pour into greased pan. Spoon chocolate over batter. Then with a knife cut through batter several times for marbled effect. Sprinkle coconut mixture evenly over top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm with coffee.
