1 lb. ground round steak
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (10oz.) can tomato soup
3/4 tsp. salt (sprinkle on meat)
Few grains pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and form into about six balls. Place in greased casserole and cover with tomato soup diluted with water. Cover. Bake two hours in moderate oven, 350º F. Rice will swell; and pop out in tiny spines.
