125g soft, unsalted butter
125g. sugar

100g eggs

125g almond flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add to a large bowl the soft unsalted butter and sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.

2. Add your eggs in 3-4 separate stages scrapping down the bowl in-between.

3. Finally add almond flour and mix until well combined.

Store in the fridge for 3-4 days
OR
Place in 1 9” tart and either sprinkle raw sliced almonds on top or add fruit. Bake 338ºF for 20 minutes. Enjoy!!
