2 cups cauliflower, chopped

¼ cup onion, sliced

¼ cup celery, chopped

2 Tbsps. water

2 Tbsps. margarine

2 Tbsps. flour

1 cup milk

2 cups chicken stock

salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put vegetables and water in a 1 quart casserole. Cover to retain steam. Microwave 8 minutes on high.

Add margarine. Stir. Blend in flour. Add milk. Puree in blender, return to casserole.

Combine all ingredients. No need to cover. Microwave 8 minutes on High until well heated.

To thicken it, add a bit more flour at the end.

For a different flavour, instead of chicken stock use 1 can of cream of chicken soup plus water to make 2 cups.
