2 sticks butter
2 cups flour
cup oatmeal
cup + 1 tablespoon brown sugar
teaspoon salt
cup chopped nuts
2 cups caramel ice cream topping
gallon ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and mix with flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, salt and nuts. Pat onto large cookie sheet & bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool & crumble. Butter a large pyrex dish and add crumbs until they are inch thick. Pour a large jar of caramel ice cream topping over crumbs (about 2 cups). Add gallon vanilla ice cream and top with remaining crumbs. Freeze.
