2 loaves very thin sliced sandwich bread
2 8-oz packages cream cheese
2 egg yolks
½ cup sugar
½ pound butter
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crusts from bread slices; roll each slice very thin using rolling pin. Combine cream cheese, egg yolks, and ½ cup sugar; mix well. Spread mixture on one side of each slice. Roll slices tightly, jelly-roll style. Melt butter. Combine 2 cups sugar and cinnamon. Dip each rolled bread slice into melted butter, then into cinnamon sugar. Freeze on cookie sheet. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before baking. Bake 15 minutes at 400º or until golden brown. Makes about 48; each may be cut in half.
