5-7 Tart Apples
2 tbsp Flour
¾-1 c Sugar
⅛ tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Nutmeg
2 tbsp Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450º.

Peel apples and thinly slice. Mix flour, sugar, salt, spices in a bowl. Pour mixture over apples, stir to coat well. Pour coated apples into an unbaked pie crust and dot with butter. Cover with top crust and pinch edges of crusts together. Cut slits in top crust to vent.

Bake for 10 minutes in 450º oven, then reduce heat to 375º and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
