Ingredients:  
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
6 c. sliced potatoes
1 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour and salt. Add milk slowly, stirring till sauce thickens.
Add potatoes and heat through. Pour into greased casserole and drizzle with
butter.
Bake 350 covered for 1 hour, reduce heat to 325 and bake a further -1 hr.
