1 c Chopped Pecans
1 box Yellow cake mix
1 pkg Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix (3 oz)
4 Eggs
c Cold water
c Vegetable Oil
c Dark Bacardi Rum

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour 10 inch pan or 12 cup Bundt Pan.

Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan.

Mix all cake ingredients together, pour batter over nuts. Bake 1 hour. Remove from oven and invert on serving plate.

Prick top of cake with a wooden spoon handle and pour or smooth glaze evenly over top. Allow cake to absorb glaze. Repeat until all glaze is used up.

1 c Sugar
Dark Rum

Directions:

Melt butter in sauce pan, stir in water and sugar. Boil five minutes stirring constantly and remove from heat and stir in Rum.
