1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 c. or more. mixed frozen vegtables or any selection of canned vegtables

2 c. cooked small pieces of Chicken or Turkey

1 pkg. Corn Muffin mix, 6-8 oz.

3/4 c. Milk

1 Egg

1/2 c. or more. Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Use a deep pie pan

Mix soup, chicken, and vegetables. Place into the pie pan.

Mix corn muffin mix, milk, and egg.

Pour over chicken mixture. There might be some of this mix left depending on the pan
size.

Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. I put a cookie pan underneath in case of spillage.

Take out of oven and sprinkle with cheese and let melt.
