2 - 3 oz package cream cheese
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 large can fruit cocktail,drained (3 ½ cups)
½ cup maraschino cherries, drained and quartered
2 ½ cups small marshmallows
Few drops red food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese.
Blend with mayonnaise.
Fold in remaining ingredients adding food coloring for a delicate pink color.
Pour mixture into 2 1 quart containers.
Freeze until firm, 6 hours or overnight.
To serve let stand for a few minutes, remove from containers and slice.
