4 whole boneless chicken breast
Salt and pepper
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices ham
2 tbsp margarine
¼ cup flour
1 egg, beaten
½ cup bread crumbs

WINE SAUCE
2 tbsp margarine
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:

CHICKEN
Pound breasts flat, approximately 1/8” thick.
On each breast place a slice of cheese and ham.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll up.
Roll in flour, then dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
Chill 1 hour.
Brown then place in oven, 350º 20-25 minutes.

WINE SAUCE
Sauté onions in margarine followed by remaining ingredients.

Serve over chicken.
