1 tbs sweet paprika
1tsp creole seasoning
2 tsp horseradish (if you buy the hot horseradish use 1/2 the amount)
1 tsp pickle juice
1 tsp hot sauce
1 clove garlic smashed and then minced

combine all ingredients and let rest

it is important to try and make this a day or so ahead of time due to the raw garlic
you will want that to mellow a bit
