6 eggs
1 C. Sugar
⅓ C. Oil
⅓ C. Water
1 C. Flour
tsp cream tartar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. Beat yolks until lemon color. Add C. Sugar and beat well. Add flavoring, oil, & water; beat well. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt once and add to mixture a little at a time. Beat egg whites until foamy: add cream of tartar and beat stiff. Add sugar, a spoon at a time. Then add first mixture into egg whites. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
