Crust:
16 crushed graham crackers
¼ C. Melted butter

Filling:
2 eggs
1 lb cream cheese
½ tsp vanilla
½ C. Sugar
Cinnamon

Topping:
½ pint sour cream
3 TBSP sugar
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9” Pyrex pie plate with a mixture of graham crackers and melted butter. Beat at low speed eggs, gradually add cream cheese, vanilla, sugar. Pour into crust and bake at 375º for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cool. Mix together topping ingredients by beating together. Spread on top of pie and bake for 5 minutes at 375º. Cool.
