Cake:
4 C. Apples, peeled and sliced (golden delicious)
2 C. Sugar
½ C. Oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 C. Flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 C. Nuts

Frosting: (mix together all ingredients)
8oz pkg cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
½ C. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apples, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, & salt, and add to apple mixture. Fold in nuts. Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350º for 40 to 45 minutes. DO NOT UNDERBAKE. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
