Head of cauliflower
tsp salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
⅓ cup mayonnaise
2 TB butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350.
Bring enough water to cover the cauliflower to a boil.
Add salt and cauliflower.
Boil for 10.
Drain and arrange in an 8 dish
Mix the remaining ingredients and spread on top of cauliflower.
Top with bread crumbs, optional. (Gives it a bit of texture)
Bake at 350 for 30.
